SimGuruCopeland has given a small look into what kind of interactions our Sims will have with baby dragon eggs in The Sims 3 Dragon Valley. In the tweet, while SimGuruCopeland couldn’t detail all of the “Talk To” interactions, he did mention that there is one called “Gossip About Love of Fire.” It appears that you will be able to determine what kind of dragon your Sim will have based on what they talk to the baby dragon egg about.
@zoeloumoo I can’t tell you all the “Talk To” Egg interactions just yet, but there is one called, “Gossip About Love of Fire”.

The other day SimGuruGraham shared the houseboat hull sizes for Island Paradise, and yesterday, SimGuruMike shared the sizes for the Resort Towers. The Resort Towers are rabbithole buildings that you can (must) use when running and building your own resort. They provide Sims a place to fulfill their needs if you do not provide VIP (custom built) rooms. The Resort Towers are also where your resort employees come out of to complete their tasks.
Here are the footprint sizes for the resort towers.
Small Beach Tower = 4×8
Beach Tower = 13×8
Spanish Style = 9×29
Modern Style = 16×22Your employees will be coming out of these towers so you just have to make sure the entrances/exits are not blocked.
In case you were interested I was able to completely enclose the small beach tower into a 4×11 square build/buy room that still allowed for proper routing.
Each tower style will have 3-preset colors. Unfortunately you will not be able to use create-a-style on them.
I hope this helps you out.

SimGuruTaterTot has shared a sneak peek at the new store set coming this Thursday, May 16th, to The Sims 3 Store.
Update 5/15/2013
SimGuruTaterTot has shared another sneak peek of tomorrow’s The Sims 3 Store Set.

Hi folks!
With so much buzz and excitement around Dragon Valley — don’t forget we’re still releasing a new set this Thursday. Wonder what it’ll be?

GameInformer has posted an article on what they believe to be the worst expansion packs ideas for The Sims 4. This article is intended to be funny, not negative, and in no way would Maxis consider these ideas. Maxis would make them way more interesting and fun, I’m sure!
The Sims 4 – Offbeat Hobbies
Sims can do all kinds of cool things in their free time. Reading, writing, chess, stargazing all help the people in your household develop into well-rounded individuals. Unfortunately, not everyone has normal pastimes, and that’s what this expansion explores. Players get access to range of awkward hobbies (and associated props and materials) that are sure to raise a red flag at any social function. Taxidermy, model trains, bottle cap collecting, and historical recreation are just a handful of the new hobbies that will help transform your sim into that weird neighbor who everyone avoids. If you do manage to engage someone in conversation, the unnerving intensity and jarring non sequiturs perfectly highlight your sims’ bizarre new obsession.
